We understand day-to-day desktop support issues. IT support teams are often flooded with requests for software installations, feature configuration and performance trouble-shooting.  With limited and expensive resources, it is often not possible to physically attend to all such requests.

The desktop support team at VisualBeam has IT experts available to service internal users.  We do it all virtually, but with the same desired result. We set up the necessary servers and connect via terminal services to make sure that issues are quickly resolved.

VisualBeam has the flexibility to provide a shared or dedicated team for each customer, ensuring that someone is available 24x7 to address any issue that may need technical help.
